Hogwarts corridors
The medieval cloister doubled as Hogwarts corridors in three Harry Potter films. Its walkways appear in scenes including the messages written on the wall near the Chamber of Secrets and the corridor hiding the entrance to Gryffindor common room.

Gloucester Cathedral is in the historic city centre, around a 10–15 minute walk from Gloucester railway and bus stations.
The Cathedral Close has no general visitor parking, making rail, bus or Park & Ride the simplest options. Follow pedestrian signs through the city centre to College Green.
The cloister forms part of the normal cathedral visitor route, but access and opening hours can change around services and private events.
Entry is by voluntary donation. Visitor hours vary by day and may be shortened for worship, events or filming, so check the current What's On information before travelling.
Parking inside Cathedral Close is restricted. Several public car parks are within walking distance, and a small number of Blue Badge spaces are available in the Close on a first-come basis.
The main South Porch entrance has level wheelchair access. Most principal visitor areas are accessible, although the historic stone floor is uneven in places and some specialist tours include stairs.
Visitor facilities include toilets, an accessible toilet, a café and a shop. The cathedral is surrounded by city-centre food, shopping and transport services.
