Diagon Alley and the Leaky Cauldron
The ornate covered passages of Leadenhall Market became part of Diagon Alley in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. In Bull's Head Passage, the blue shopfront used as the entrance to the Leaky Cauldron can still be identified among the working businesses.

Leadenhall Market is in the City of London between Gracechurch Street and Lime Street. Monument, Bank, Liverpool Street and Fenchurch Street stations are all within walking distance.
Enter the covered market and look for Bull's Head Passage to find the exterior used for the Leaky Cauldron. It is a real shopfront, so avoid blocking its doorway or customers.
The public passages can be seen at any time, but weekday daytime and early evening visits are best if you also want the market's shops and food businesses to be open.
The public market passages are free to enter. Individual shops, pubs and restaurants set their own hours, with fewer businesses open at weekends and on public holidays.
There is no visitor car park and driving in the city involves restrictions and high commercial parking charges. Rail, Underground, bus, walking or cycling are the practical options.
The main covered streets are pedestrianised and largely level, although some approaches and historic paving can be uneven. Use a step-free station route appropriate to your journey and expect busy lunchtime crowds on weekdays.
The market contains cafés, pubs, restaurants and shops, but there is no dedicated Harry Potter visitor centre. Public toilets and broader visitor facilities are available around the city.
